Health and grief claims
Claims about symptoms, risk, diagnosis, treatment, child development, suicide, self-harm, substance use, clinical care, or therapeutic benefit require authoritative sources and qualified clinical review. Grief is not presented as a fixed stage sequence or a condition a website can diagnose.
Crisis safety
Crisis information must come from the responsible service, be reviewed for geography and currency, and never be hidden behind payment or data collection. An automated tool cannot determine safety or replace emergency or crisis care.
Practical and legal information
Probate, estate, tax, benefit, account, funeral, and notification content must identify jurisdiction and institution, cite current primary authorities, and receive qualified legal or subject review. Forms and calculators cannot imply acceptance, completeness, or a legal result.
Directory and product review
A counselor listing requires current identity, license, location, contact, and source verification. Paid journal prompts and memorial output require line-by-line clinical-safety, privacy, fulfillment, accessibility, and checkout review before sale.
AI and corrections
AI-assisted drafts are unverified notes, not publications. Corrections should be documented, affected pages re-reviewed, and search and AI-discovery surfaces updated promptly.
