The current public site is a publishing site. Its interactive assessments, email capture, AI assistant, journal builder, account entry points, and checkout are not offered for public use.

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. If you email us, we receive the address and content you send.

We do not claim that journal entries are end-to-end encrypted, that security audits have occurred, or that a public analytics, advertising, email, or payment flow is active. Do not send crisis details, health records, legal documents, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information through the public site or support email.

We do not sell personal information. Operational records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, support, legal compliance, or corrections. For an access, correction, or deletion request, email support@grieflantern.com. Identity verification may be required.
